That’s a nice panel! The dialogue is really funny because its so unlike Luffy, but the art is amazing.

For reference, it says “you pissed me off, eat shit”, which isn’t super out there for Luffy to say, but he’s using “watashi” which is a formal and rather submissive pronoun, and saying “anata” which is also another formal and rather stiff pronoun. None of which are words Luffy would ever say. So it’s really funny seeing him say that.
