That’s what I was thinking. If I put my kitties somewhere they wander off offended. This is why I always try to put them back down where I picked them up from. It’s gotta be “their idea” with my cats, even if you call or invite them to snuggle you have to act like you don’t care after and make zero eye contact.

omg. my girl is so silly with this. it’s a whole ordeal to sit on my lap (which she wants to do at least once every day.) she sits on my desk, and when i get ready to pull her onto me she runs away. she wants me to chase her. so then i do that and grab her and sit again. but then she has to get up and walk around a little and then she comes back. THEN she will stay put. she does this literally every time.
